Diary of a bipolar survivor

This book is a selection of poetry, meditations, journal, Q&A etc written from the age of just 13. While presenting the raw and unapologetic musings of a bipolar mind, the style remains casual and inviting. There are glimpses of extreme despair, but the text is also peppered with works of hope. I am not a mental health professional or an expert on bipolar disorder. I am one of those who have had to learn to live with it; in this book I share some of my personal journey and discuss the coping strategies that have worked best for me so far.  The style is conversational  and the content compelling.

This book is for those who live with mental illness and their family and carers who wish to better understand.  Professionals may also find it interesting.
